Argeles sur Mer, Mediterranee, South of France A private 'family owned Mobile Home' for rent on Camping De Pujol, Argeles sur Mer BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Our Mobile Home is predominantly a 'Family Home' , privatly owned, but available for you to rent subject to availability

• To reserve the mobile home, the client should complete and sign the booking form (as sent on request by email/post) and return it together with the payment of the initial non-refundable deposit of £50 per week let.

• Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, we will send the relevant receipt. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

• The outstanding balance is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled.

• Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, refunds of amounts paid will be made if we are able to re-let the mobile home and any expenses or losses incurred in doing so will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• THE CLIENT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO ARRANGE A COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY (INCLUDING CANCELLATION COVER) AND TO HAVE FULL COVER FOR THE PARTY’S PERSONAL BELONGINGS, SINCE THESE ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE.

• We or our agents shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the stated time.

• The maximum number of people to reside in the mobile home at any one time must not exceed six persons.

• Only pre-designated named persons listed within the "Your Party" party members details of the booking form will be permitted to stay in the mobile home or area making up emplacement 288 (without our prior agreement following confirmation of your booking). Your Party members details will be held by the campsite reception in advance of your holiday dates for their information. Failure to abide by this rule may lead to dismissal from the site by the site owners or their agent, without remuneration of any fees pre-paid returned by any party.

• No tents of any size or desciption are allowed to be erecterd on emplacement 288, by order of the site owners.

• In the interest and comfort of other future persons using this Mobile Home, please note that SMOKING, DOGS or other animals NOT permitted inside the mobile home.

• The CLIENT AGREES to be a considerate tenant and TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE MOBILE HOME AND TO LEAVE IT IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD.

• £50 Security Deposit: (In addition to the initial non-refundable deposit of £50 per week let taken from the overall rental price), a £50 security deposit will be required payable in addition to and with your final balance to cover any additional cleaning costs or damages if the client leaves the mobile home in an unacceptable condition. We and our agents reserve the right to enter the mobile home under any circumsances or emergencies. Accomodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and a charge may be sought for any loss or damage found, unless replaced or paid for alternatively (ie: Cost amounting to over £50). If no loss or damage is found then the £50 security deposit will be returned asap after your holiday departure date.

• We and our agents reserve the right to make retention from any taken security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs or damages if the client leaves the mobile home in an unacceptable condition. If any additional cleaning costs, loss or damage is found then an appropriate amount will be deducted from the £50 security deposit and any excess will be returned asap after your holiday departure date.

• The client also agrees not to act in any way, which would cause disturbance to those, resident in adjacent mobile homes or accommodation.

• The client shall report to us or our agent, without delay, any defects, damage or breakdown of any item or equipment, inside or outside of the mobile home or damage to patio furniture. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPLACED OR PAID FOR IN FULL.

• What do you need to bring? Our well equipped self catering accomodation contains cooking items, crockery and cutlery. You will need to bring washing up materials, plus towels, pool/beach towels, toiletries, personal effects and bed linen.

• We or our agents, shall not be liable to the client,

• for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the mobile home, in respect of any equipment, appliance in the mobile home or patio furniture.

• for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of ourselves.

• for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the mobile home shall be, destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, we shall, within seven days of notification to the client, refund to the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.

• Under no circumstances shall our liability to the client exceed the amount paid to ourselves for the rental period.

• This contract shall be governed by English law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England.

• Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England.

NB: Example - Above prices are not inclusive of local tax calculated for season 2003 at € 0.33 (21 pence) per person over the age of 12 years old, per day. This you must pay yourself to the Camp Site Reception on your arrival. (Children under 13 years old - free).
